In Lands End and the Musée Mécanique

Less tourists, more locals. Lands End in a nice bushwalk west of the city, offering a good view of the ocean and the Golden Gate bridge. After the walk we visited the Musée Mécanique, a privately owned collection of coin-operated mechanical musical instruments and antique arcade machines in their original working condition. Fascinating, cheap, fun, and sometimes scary, some of the machines are a century old.
